Facilities:

CATTLE WORKING BARN is steel beam construction with loading and unloading. Barn has gutters and downspouts, 12' X 24' enclosed storage room, 600' heavy duty pipe oorrals, 24 heavy duty gates, sprinkler system, ventilation and cooling fans, six outside pens that are 40' X 100' that are attached to pens under barn.

GRAIN FACILITIY is 77,000 bushel storage and 71,000 bushel drying capacity system. Three 36' X 9' ring GSI bins have 22,000 bushel storage and drying capacity each, complete with 12" sweep auger and 8" auger with stirrals, 20 h.p. GSI fans with high temperature natural gas heaters/blowers. Also, there is one 24' X 9 ring storage bin with 11,000 bushel capacity and 8" sweep auger and 20 h.p. fan. All bins are connected by Hutchinson loop system that will fill, transfer or unload grain at the touch of a button. All linked by 10" transfer tube.

MACHINE SHED/BARN FACILITIES are 60' X 150' X 16' steel beam buildings. There are two of these that are identical. Metal roof and metal one end, 6-25' bays complete with gutter and downspouts. Used for equipment and hay storage and tall enough to store cab tractors, combines and other typical agricultural equipment.
